7. AI Data Processing
The Sifted uses artificial intelligence (OpenAI) to generate product summaries, pros/cons lists, and other analytical content. This AI processing is performed on publicly available review data from sources like Reddit and YouTube — not on your personal data. Your ratings and reviews are not sent to AI services for processing.
8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):
- Right to Know: You may request details about the personal information we collect, use, and disclose.
- Right to Delete: You may request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
